Healing from Abortion

Rachel’s Vineyard: A Place to Heal from Abortion

If you or someone you love has been suffering from the emotional and spiritual pains of an abortion—no matter how much time has passed—please know that a Rachel’s Vineyard retreat weekend will help your soul transform that pain into a hope for the future. A retreat is scheduled March 8-10 at IHM Spirituality Center in Malvern. Contact Susan at 610-716-4795 or Georgeann at 484-955-4278 if interested. Rachel’s Vineyard retreats bring healing and God’s forgiveness to the trauma and darkness of abortion for those who think they have committed the unforgivable sin. God’s mercy is greater than sin and is waiting for us to reach out for it. Join us for a safe, loving and confidential weekend to experience the healing power of God’s infinite mercy.

The ministries below can be of great assistance in addressing the spiritual dimensions of mental illness. These do not intend to replace, but rather complement, clinical, psychological and biological avenues of treatment, such that the whole person can be attended to, body, mind and spirit.

Inner Healing and Spiritual Freedom Ministries

In the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, a number of apostolates offer local events related to inner healing. To find local healing events, stay tuned to the Office for the New Evangelization monthly e-newsletter, which lists many of them. You can find the newsletter here: phillyevang.org/newsletter
