Sacramental Information

Baptisms are celebrated on the 2nd Sunday of the month following 11:30 mass. Arrangements can be made after you attend the Pre-Jordan Program (no arrangements prior to Pre-Jordan).

Pre-Jordan Program: Pre-Jordan is held at St. John the Baptist on the 1st Monday of every other month, in the Faculty Room at 7:00 p.m.  Parents are requested to attend this program, along with Sponsors, during the pregnancy.

Please do not wait until the child is born to attend. Sponsors: Must be practicing Catholics (over 16 years of age) and they must provide a letter of eligibility from their home parish 2 weeks prior to the Baptism. Must be actively participating Catholic for 6 months prior to receiving letter of eligibility.

Sacrament of Penance
Saturdays: 3:15PM to 3:45 PM
Seasonal Penance Services.
Confessions anytime by appointment.

Sacrament of Marriage
Couples must make arrangements with a priest of the parish at least six months before the wedding. The priest will assist with all the necessary arrangements. Schedules of the mandatory Archdiocesan Sacramental Preparation classes may be obtained at the rectory
